We're looking for team members who will bring personality, professionalism, and skill to our growing company. Members of this team will have room to grow, and a great opportunity to learn classic Coffeebar products as well as to experiment, learn and practice different techniques and create ever-changing seasonally-influenced items directed by our pastry team. We are looking for bakers that are passionate in their pursuit of excellence, and driven to continuously learn and grow.

Requirements

Obsessed with details and honing your craft.

Passionate about food, pastry and creating high-quality products.

1+ years personal or professional baking experience preferred.

Able to work early morning shifts, as early as 3:30 am.

Existing Food Handler's Certification or certification within 30 days post-hire.

A flexible schedule and able to work at least 3 days/week, including 1 weekend day.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to genuinely connect with a large and diverse group of coworkers and customers.

Strong multi-tasking skills; ability to stay cool and collected in a busy cafe environment.

Acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge.
