Team Member (Barista)


The Background

We're looking for amazing folks to provide excellent hospitality. Members of our team provide friendly, efficient and hospitable service to each guest (learn names and favorite drinks for bonus points), prepare stunning meals and brew up the best cup of coffee in town. No experience? No sweat; we offer excellent training and room for growth. Our team members are cross-trained in each area of the cafe: front of the house, kitchen and barista roles. We work hard and play harder, buckle up! 



1+ years of high-volume, fast-paced food/beverage service experience preferred.

Sense of humor, positive & team-oriented attitude.

A dedication to creating impeccable customer experiences and being the force behind excellent service.

Existing Food Handler's Certification or certification within 30 days post-hire.

A demonstrated enthusiasm for coffee, baked goods, sustainability, farm-to-table food and/or a desire to learn.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to genuinely connect with a large and diverse group of coworkers and customers.

Strong multi-tasking skills; ability to stay cool and collected in a busy cafe environment.

Flexible schedule and able to work at least 3 days a week, including 1 weekend day.
