We’re looking for communicative, positive, professional leaders who have a passion for hand-roasted coffee, farm-to-fork food, creating impeccable customer experiences, and/or a desire to learn.

Requirements 

1+ years’ experience in coffee, retail or hospitality industry

1+ years’ experience in a leadership position with experience training new hires

Supportive of a positive, inclusive work environment

Demonstrated ability to hold people accountable

Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve with minimal supervision

A demonstrated enthusiasm for coffee & farm-to-fork food and/or a desire to learn

Strong attention to detail

Ability to communicate clearly and multi-task with ease
