We're looking for an amazing Culinary Team Leader for our community Bakery cafe in Truckee, CA! We’re looking for communicative, positive, professional candidates who have a passion for farm-to-fork food, sustainability and/or a desire to learn.
Requirements
1+ years kitchen/prep and ordering experience.
1+ years supervisory and employee training experience.
A demonstrated enthusiasm for farm-to-fork food, sustainable practices, and/or a desire to learn.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and a healthy respect for cleanliness and sanitation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to genuinely connect with a large and diverse group of coworkers and customers.
Supportive of a positive, inclusive work environment.
Ability to communicate clearly and multi-task with ease.
A flexible schedule with some weekend availability.
Be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
